Bulk Billing Available

Our mental health services are fully bulk billed through Medicare for eligible clients with a valid Mental Health Care Plan (Services Australia, 2024). To access our services, you will need:

Under Medicare's Better Access initiative, eligible individuals can receive up to 10 individual mental health services per calendar year. Your GP will assess your needs and determine the number of sessions recommended in your Mental Health Care Plan (Services Australia, 2024).

How to access this service? 

To ensure seamless care delivery, we follow a structured approach:

1. Initial GP referral and Mental Health Care Plan

2. Comprehensive clinical assessment

3. Development of personalised care plans

4. Implementation of appropriate psychological interventions

5. Regular progress reviews

6. Connection with additional support services as needed
