Camila is a warm and caring Counsellor-in-training who provides person-centred therapy. She is committed to creating a safe, trusting, and non-judgmental space where clients feel comfortable exploring their emotions and personal challenges. Camila works collaboratively with her clients, emphasising open communication, active listening, and meaningful reflection.
Fluent in both English and Spanish, she is passionate about supporting individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds and ensuring her practice remains inclusive and culturally sensitive.
Camila has developed valuable experience working within the community and mental health sector, including roles with Youth Solutions, Community Action Services Australia (CASA), and Paint and Co. She enjoys working with both youth and adults and has a strong interest in art therapy and narrative therapy.
She is currently completing her Master of Counselling and is undertaking her placement at Dune Health and Wellbeing under clinical supervision.
