Phoebe is a student counsellor providing counselling for people of all ages in a compassionate, non-judgemental and collaborative space. With her warmth and authenticity she aims to create an environment where clients feel genuinely heard, respected, and supported as they navigate through life’s challenges.
With a person-centred and humanistic approach, Phoebe believes that everyone has the capacity for growth and change when met with empathy and understanding. Before training as a counsellor, Phoebe worked in human-centred design, where she developed a deep appreciation for listening to people’s stories and understanding what matters most to them. This experience informs her counselling style - thoughtful, attuned, and grounded in genuine curiosity about each person’s lived experience.
Phoebe is passionate about working with adults from diverse backgrounds navigating stress, anxiety, self-doubt, life transitions, and relationship challenges. She is particularly interested in supporting clients to reconnect with their sense of self and build emotional resilience.
She is currently completing her Graduate Diploma in Counselling and is undertaking her placement at Dune Health and Wellbeing under clinical supervision.
