Meet Cassandra, an empathetic and compassionate Registered Psychologist and Board Approved Supervisor who has over 16 years’ experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds in different contexts. She utilises a person-centred and biopsychosocial approach to empower you to achieve your goals in therapy through the development of effective skills and strategies. Cassandra specializes in assisting people with recovery from psychological injury; building confidence, resilience and the ability to manage stress effectively; developing skills to manage symptoms of anxiety and depression; and with setting and achieving goals effectively.
Cassandra holds a Master of Psychology (Organisational) from the University of NSW and has developed her clinical expertise via experience working in the government, private and not-for- profit sectors delivering counselling and advocacy, vocational rehabilitation, health coaching, EAP services, and psychometric and capacity assessment. She has experience working in a multidisciplinary content and with various stakeholders involved in treatment and recovery from psychological injury and illness. You can depend on Cassandra to carefully listen to your needs and work collaboratively with you to identify and develop strategies to help you achieve your therapy goals.
