James is a compassionate Occupational and Registered Psychologist dedicated to person-centred care that empowers clients to rediscover their strengths and chart their own path forward. With a warm, approachable style and genuine curiosity about people’s stories, James is skilled at supporting clients recovering from workplace injuries and motor vehicle accidents. He integrates evidence-based interventions to assist with adjustment, resilience, and vocational rehabilitation.
James holds a Master of Organisational Psychology from Macquarie University and has honed his clinical expertise through diverse placements and years as a Lifeline Telephone Crisis Counsellor. He is known for his thoughtful communication, active listening, and ability to create a safe space for meaningful connection.
Whether helping clients navigate complex workers’ compensation systems or overcome psychological barriers to recovery, James believes in the power of authentic collaboration. He is committed to supporting each individual in finding their true north and building a fulfilling life.
