Christina Nguyen
Christina, a determined and diligent Commerce student at UNSW, is a knowledgeable Client Engagement Manager at Dune Health and Wellbeing. Her primary role is to provide administrative support and lead the team of Client Engagement Officers, ensuring seamless client services and delivery within the practice.
Christina’s responsibility is to act as a liaison between clients, psychologists, general practitioners, client engagement officers and other third parties. Her role is to facilitate effective communication and coordination amongst her team to ensure a streamlined treatment plan for each individual. Christina plays a pivotal role in optimising the client's experience by connecting all parties involved and ensuring customer satisfaction and engagement within their therapeutic journey.
She also manages external outreach strategies and promotional materials to expand the practice’s media presence and raise awareness about mental health.
