Marie is a warm and caring Registered Counsellor who deeply listens to clients and provides a safe, calm space for therapy. Her compassionate approach is free from judgement and she offers a trusting environment so clients feel able to share their emotions and personal challenges. Using a person-centred approach with a range of therapeutic techniques including solution-focussed, CBT and EMDR, Marie tailors therapy to support each individual on their unique journey.
With skills extending across a wide range of mental health challenges, Marie brings a wealth of experience to clients of all ages and diverse backgrounds. She has special interests and expertise working with trauma, PTSD, psychological injury and accidents. Marie is passionate about supporting every client to find ways to manage their lives and increase their resilience whilst encouraging self-care and empowerment. She is dedicated to accompanying her clients on a journey of personal growth in order to achieve their goals and find well-being.
