Hamza Mamser
Hamza is a Provisional Psychologist originally from Jordan in the Middle East. Having grown up in the Middle East, Hamza has a passion for supporting the mental health and wellbeing of youth from diverse backgrounds. He recognizes that clients may have culturally diverse needs and takes steps to be empathetic and compassionate to cater all culturally and linguistically diverse clients into his treatment plan.
He is committed to taking clients into consideration while delivering evidence-based strategies to meet his clients’ needs and goals. Hamza has a particular interest with individuals experiencing anxiety and depression. As a Master of Clinical Psychology Student, Hamza values the importance of creating a safe space for clients during the therapeutic journey.
Hamza has had the opportunity to work with younger individuals from diverse backgrounds in the Middle East. This experience greatly assisted him in developing his clinical experience for identifying various clients’ needs, engaging in a non-judgmental and holistic approach, and creating a person-centered treatment plan. Hamza hopes to create a meaningful and positive impact for all individuals that he assists at Dune Health & Wellbeing.
Hamza offers therapy and psychological assessment for children, and adolescents.
Hamza is bilingual and speaks English and Arabic.
